    Refund Time: You can apply for a refund within 14 days from the date you received the product. If you exceed this period, we will not be able to process your refund request.
    Item Condition: The item for which you apply for a refund must be in unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging, labels and proof of purchase. If the item has been used or damaged, we will not be able to provide a refund.

    Contact Us: To apply for a refund, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for the refund.

Fill in the Refund Application Form: Our customer service will send you a refund application form, which you need to fill in and send back to us.

Product Return: After the application is approved, please send the item back to our return address as required. It is recommended to choose a trackable mailing method to ensure the safe delivery of the product.

Review Confirmation: We will review the returned item after receiving it to ensure that the refund conditions are met. Once the review is complete, we will process the refund within 2 business days.

    Refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment platform.

In some cases, the refund amount may be deducted from the relevant shipping and handling fees, which will be explained during the review process.

    Customized products: We generally do not provide refunds for customized or personalized accessories (such as engraving or special designs). Please carefully confirm your selection before placing an order.
